 We now offer estate auction options:

2. We can pick your items up and auction them at our place.
3. You can drop items off at our location for us to auction.
4. We also offer estate clean outs.

IN-HOME ONLINE AUCTION

It is the responsibility of the home owner, POA, etc. to verify if estate sales are permitted within the community before this option is considered.

For in-home auctions - we do it all!   

* We will come to your house, take pictures of your items, and list them in one of our online auctions.

* Once the auction is complete - the following two days are pick up days (at the home location). We will handle all the organization and pick up logistics. 

* With this service, bidders will be advised of when/how to acquire their winnings at a designated time at the house.

* There is an extra fee charged if the unsold items need to be removed after the sale.

* Our fee for an in-house auction is 40% commission for most items (vehicles may be sold at a lower rate).

For auctions at our facility

* We do offer a pick-up service at a higher commission percentage (60%), or you can bring the items to us for 40% commission rate. If you choose to drop  

   the items off to us they must be boxed and lotted the way they will be sold. If they are not boxed and lotted the commission rate will be 50%.

* With or without the pick up service, we will host the estate items auction at our location.

* We will handle the intake, listing of the items, and bidder pick up at our facility.

* Once the auction is complete, we will handle all the organization and pick up logistics.
